My story

Hey, I’m Andrew, most people know me as Chucky.

I’ve been a PT for 14 years, and my journey in the fitness industry has been anything but ordinary.  

I started in a commercial gym, working with all kinds of clients, but when COVID hit, everything changed. Like many, I had to pivot, moving my coaching online. That shift turned out to be a game changer, and before we knew it, we were booming. That success allowed us to open our own studio, creating a space where we could make an even bigger impact.  

Now, my focus is on helping dads transform their lives. As a dad myself, I know the struggles, balancing work, family, and trying to stay in shape. I’ve been there, and I know firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping busy dads reclaim their energy, strength, and confidence, without sacrificing time with their families.  

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me spending time with my family, playing hockey, or out fishing and camping, because life is about balance, and I believe fitness should fit into your life, not take over it.
